Jobs on your careers site come directly from your ATS. If they stop appearing, the connection between your ATS and inploi has usually broken.
1
Check whether your ATS has live jobs
2
Log in to your ATS and confirm that the roles you expect to see are published and active there. Jobs in a draft or expired state in your ATS will not appear on your site, even if the sync is working.
3
Check for an authorisation error
4
Most sync failures are caused by an expired API key or a credentials change made in your ATS. Look for a 401 Unauthorized error in your sync log. If you see one, your ATS API credentials need to be re-shared with inploi.
5
Check whether a maintenance window is in progress
6
If your ATS provider has a scheduled maintenance window or outage, jobs will stop syncing until their systems come back online. Check your ATS provider’s status page before raising a support ticket.
7
Raise a ticket with inploi support
8
If you can’t identify the issue, contact the inploi support team. Include:
9
  • Which jobs are missing (job titles or IDs)
  • The last date they were visible on the site
  • Any recent changes your ATS team made to credentials or settings
  • Jobs that are closed, expired, or in a draft state in your ATS will never appear on your careers site, even if the sync is working correctly.

What to do if this doesn’t work

If jobs are live in your ATS but still don’t appear, the issue may be in your import filter configuration. Some accounts have custom rules that only import certain job types or locations. Contact inploi support and ask them to check your import configuration.
