Log in to your ATS and confirm that the roles you expect to see are published and active there. Jobs in a draft or expired state in your ATS will not appear on your site, even if the sync is working.
Most sync failures are caused by an expired API key or a credentials change made in your ATS. Look for a
401 Unauthorized error in your sync log. If you see one, your ATS API credentials need to be re-shared with inploi.If your ATS provider has a scheduled maintenance window or outage, jobs will stop syncing until their systems come back online. Check your ATS provider’s status page before raising a support ticket.
Jobs that are closed, expired, or in a draft state in your ATS will never appear on your careers site, even if the sync is working correctly.
