Use the Sources view to understand where candidate activity and applications come from.

Source performance

Sources shows which channels are driving candidates to your site. Common sources include:
  • Google - Candidates who found you via Google Search or Google for Jobs
  • Indeed - Candidates referred from Indeed job listings
  • Direct - Candidates who typed your URL directly or used a bookmarked link
  • Referral - Candidates who clicked a link on another website
Blank or unknown source data usually means a candidate arrived via a link without tracking information. This is common with email links and some job board integrations.
