Find a Job is the free, government-run job board operated by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the UK. Job seekers use it at gov.uk/find-a-job. inploi offers a direct integration with DWP, which is not widely available across ATS providers. Once your vacancies are on the inploi platform, we can include eligible roles in the feed we send to Find a Job.

Why this channel matters

  • Reach — Large numbers of people use DWP services each year, including active job seekers and those available to start work soon.
  • Frontline and high-volume roles — Often strong for hourly, entry-level, and high-volume hiring (for example retail, hospitality, logistics, and care).
  • No board fee — Distribution is free, unlike many commercial job boards.
DWP can deliver a consistent share of applications and hires for suitable roles, so it is a scalable source of volume when configured well.

Who it suits best

  • High-volume hiring
  • Entry-level or low-barrier roles
  • Teams who want to reduce reliance on paid job boards while widening reach

Key takeaways

  • More applications without paid spend — Ongoing candidate flow without job board fees.
  • High-intent audiences — Works well where immediate availability matters.
  • Broader pools — Reaches people who may not use typical commercial platforms.

How the integration works

After jobs are synced to inploi, distribution to Find a Job is controlled through Segments. Roles are sent to DWP over a secure SFTP feed, so you can control which jobs are included. Sync cadence
  • Runs once per day.
  • The feed covers jobs created in the last 24 hours and jobs expired in the last 24 hours.
New listings may not appear on Find a Job immediately, and expired roles can remain visible briefly. That lag is normal for many distribution channels.

Requirements

Jobs
  • Must be UK-based.
  • Must include a valid postcode from your ATS (so the role can be represented correctly on Find a Job).
Account
  • The integration must be agreed and enabled with your Customer Success Manager before roles are sent.

Important considerations

Employer name on Find a Job — Listings appear under “inploi”, not your company name. That follows DWP’s integration rules and cannot be customised today.
  • Daily sync — Plan comms and reporting around a once-per-day update, not real-time publication.
