Accessing Insights
Click Insights in the left-hand navigation in Studio to open your analytics dashboard.Overview
Insights is built from multiple data sources that are cleaned, joined, and aggregated into reporting views in Studio. The overview shows high-level numbers for the selected date range:- Total applications - The number of completed applications
- Total job views - How many times candidates viewed a job page
- Conversion rate - The percentage of job views that turned into applications
- Top sources - Where your candidates are coming from, such as Google, Indeed, or direct traffic
How data is sourced
Insights data is sourced from three main areas:- SDK analytics - Collected from your inploi-hosted careers site or from an SDK implementation on your existing site.
- Disposition data - Synced from your ATS via API.
- Spend and performance data - Synced from Clickcast for inploi-managed job distribution.
- Event tracking, including page views, job views, application starts, and application completes
- Anonymised user session data
How data is processed
Data is processed in the data warehouse and synced each day. During processing, inploi:- Cleans data by removing duplicates and identified bot traffic
- Joins data sets from analytics, ATS, and distribution sources
- Aggregates data into reporting views

Insights is presented in Studio through reporting views for overview performance, sources, jobs, and careers site activity.What to do if this doesn’t work
If Insights shows no data or very old data, the data pipeline may have had a sync issue. This usually resolves automatically within a few hours.Views
