Indeed is one of the largest job search platforms in the world and typically one of the highest-volume sources of candidate traffic for inploi customers. There are two ways your jobs can appear on Indeed: via career site aggregation (Indeed crawls your careers site directly) and via your ATS (if your ATS has a native Indeed integration). For customers with an inploi-hosted career site, career site aggregation is the recommended path.

Getting your jobs onto Indeed

Indeed can source your jobs directly from your inploi careers site using their aggregation solution (agg3). This means Indeed’s team crawls your careers site and indexes your live jobs automatically — no separate feed, no manual upload.

How to request it

Make sure your careers site is live

Indeed needs a live careers site with job postings populated before aggregation can be configured. Confirm your custom domain is active and your jobs are appearing correctly.

Contact your Indeed account manager

Reach out to your Indeed account manager and ask them to enable career site aggregation for your account. They will coordinate with Indeed’s aggregation team to configure this.

If you do not have an Indeed account manager, contact your inploi Customer Success Manager — they can help you get connected with the right team at Indeed.

Confirm configuration with inploi

Once Indeed’s aggregation team have set things up, your jobs will start appearing on Indeed within their normal crawl window. Let your inploi CSM know once this is live so they can verify the integration is working correctly.
