Job performance

The Jobs view shows performance data for each role. You can see which jobs are getting views but few applications, which may indicate that the job description or application flow needs review.

Post-application data

If your ATS sends data back to inploi, Insights can also show post-application stages such as shortlisted, interviewed, and hired. This gives you a source-to-hire view of your recruitment funnel.
If your post-application data isn’t updating, your ATS may not be configured to send status updates to inploi. Contact your account manager to set this up.
