Use the Jobs view to review engagement, applications, and hiring funnel performance at a job level.

Date range

Filtering is based on the date of application. Use the date picker in the top-right corner to select a date range. All metrics are calculated for applications that completed within the selected period.

Filtering

Use the filter bar to segment jobs:
  • Job Status - Filter by current job status, e.g. Live
  • Job ID - Search for a specific job by its ID
  • Job Title - Search by job title
  • Location - Filter by job location
  • Platform(s) - Filter by the platform the job is posted on
  • Traffic source - Limit metrics to all traffic, paid only, or organic only

Metrics

The summary row shows totals across all jobs matching the current filters, compared to the previous equivalent period:

Overview

A table of all jobs matching the current filters. Each row shows the job title, city, status, hires, job ID, spend, views, applications, apply rate, cost per apply, and cost per hire. Click View job to open the job posting directly.

Job sponsorship

This view is only available if you use inploi-managed job sponsorship via Clickcast.
Shows sponsorship metrics for jobs that have active or historical paid distribution. Use this view to evaluate which roles are being sponsored and how spend is performing at a job level. The table shows the number of live jobs currently being sponsored.

Hiring funnel

This view requires your ATS to be configured to send disposition data to inploi.
Shows the full recruitment funnel for each job, from initial application through to hire: ATS Application → Unassessed → Shortlisted → Interviewed → Offered → Hired Use this view to identify where candidates are dropping out of the process for a given role. Toggle Show detailed metrics to expand the table with additional funnel columns. Use the Download button to export the data.
If hiring funnel data is missing or not updating, your ATS may not be configured to send disposition status updates to inploi. Contact your account manager to set this up.
