A job feed is a structured data file — typically XML — that describes your live job postings. Job boards, recruitment partners, and aggregators use feeds to pull your jobs into their platforms automatically. inploi can generate custom job feeds for your account on request. These feeds are designed to keep candidates on your branded careers site and give you visibility into where your applications are coming from.

What’s included in every feed

Branded apply links Every job in the feed links directly to the job page on your inploi careers site. Candidates click through and apply on your branded site — not a generic or third-party page. Tracking parameters Each apply link in the feed includes pre-configured URL parameters. This means any candidate who comes from that feed is correctly attributed in your inploi analytics, without any additional setup on your end. Segment-based filtering Feeds can be scoped to a specific Segment. This lets you create a feed for a particular brand, location group, job category, or any other subset of your jobs — useful when sharing a feed with a niche job board or a specific hiring partner.

Common use cases

  • Niche job boards — Share a filtered feed with a specialist board (for example healthcare, technology, or logistics) covering only relevant roles.
  • Recruitment partners — Give a direct sourcing partner a live feed of your open jobs so they can match candidates without manual updates.
  • Internal systems — Use a feed to pull live job data into an internal tool, intranet, or reporting system.
  • Regional boards — Distribute jobs for a specific location or brand to a regional platform.
