Your analytics dashboard shows how candidates are finding and engaging with your jobs. Use it to identify which roles are getting the most attention and where candidates are dropping off.

Accessing the dashboard

Click Insights in the left-hand navigation in Studio. This takes you to your analytics dashboard.

Overview metrics

The overview shows high-level numbers for the selected date range:
  • Total applications — the number of completed applications
  • Total job views — how many times candidates viewed a job page
  • Conversion rate — the percentage of job views that turned into applications
  • Top sources — where your candidates are coming from (e.g. Google, Indeed, direct)

Sources

Sources shows you which channels are driving candidates to your site. The most common sources are:
  • Google — candidates who found you via Google Search or Google for Jobs
  • Indeed — candidates referred from Indeed job listings
  • Direct — candidates who typed your URL directly or used a bookmarked link
  • Referral — candidates who clicked a link on another website
Blank or unknown source data usually means a candidate arrived via a link without tracking information. This is common with email links and some job board integrations.

Jobs performance

The Jobs section shows performance data for each role. You can see which jobs are getting views but few applications — these may need better descriptions or simpler application flows.

Post-application data

If your ATS sends data back to inploi, you’ll also see post-application stages such as shortlisted, interviewed, and hired. This gives you a source-to-hire view of your recruitment funnel.
If your post-application data isn’t updating, your ATS may not be configured to send status updates to inploi. Contact your account manager to set this up.

AI Insights panel

This feature may not be available in your account yet. Contact your inploi account manager to confirm access.
The Insights panel uses AI to surface patterns in your data automatically. It flags things like underperforming jobs and drop-off points in the application flow.

What to do if this doesn’t work

If your dashboard shows no data or very old data, the data pipeline may have had a sync issue. This usually resolves automatically within a few hours. If data is still missing after 24 hours:
