Adding knowledge

  1. Navigate to Agents > Knowledge in Studio
  2. Click Add knowledge
  3. Enter the information or upload documents
  4. Review and save

Best practices

Keep knowledge entries focused on a single topic. This helps the agent find and use the right information.
Don’t include sensitive or confidential information in knowledge. Your agent may share this with candidates.
