Talent Bank

Talent Bank is inploi’s store for your candidates and their applications. It holds a durable record of the people who engage with your jobs — their contact details, application history, scores, and interviews — kept together across every role and every visit. Talent Bank is the system of record behind the Hiring section in Studio, and it is the data that Automations read from and write to.

Why it matters

  • One candidate record — a candidate’s activity is tied to a single record, even across multiple devices, sessions, and applications to different jobs.
  • A complete hiring pipeline — applications, stages, scores, and history all live in Talent Bank, which is what the Hiring views display.
  • Re-engagement and reporting — because candidate data persists, it can power job alerts, future outreach, and Insights reporting.
