Studio uses a role-based permission system. You control exactly what each person can see and edit. You can invite someone directly by email — you don’t need to create an account for them first.
Inviting a new user
Click the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation and select Users.
Click the Invite user button. A dialog opens.
Enter the person’s email address
Type their work email address. They’ll receive an email with a link to set up their account.
Select one or more roles for the new user. Roles control which areas of Studio the person can access and what actions they can take. Your available roles depend on your account configuration — contact your inploi account manager if you’re unsure which roles to assign.
Click Invite user to send the invitation.
Users can sign in with Google if their work email is a Google Workspace account.
Changing a user’s role
Go to Settings → Users, find the user in the list, and click the edit icon next to their name. Update their roles and save the change. Changes take effect immediately.
Removing a user
Find the user in the Settings → Users list and click the delete icon next to their name. The user loses access straight away. Their content is not deleted.
If you remove a user by mistake, you can re-invite them using the same email address. You’ll need to reassign their roles — the previous role configuration is not saved.
What to do if this doesn’t work
If you can’t see the Users settings, you may not have admin access. Ask your site admin to make the change for you, or contact your inploi account manager to update your access level.
If a user reports they can’t see certain areas of Studio after being invited, check that their assigned roles match what they need.
