Knowledge is the information your AI agent uses to answer candidate questions. The more relevant knowledge you provide, the more helpful your agent becomes.

## Adding knowledge

1. Navigate to **Agents > Knowledge** in Studio
2. Click **Add knowledge**
3. Enter the information or upload documents
4. Review and save

## Best practices
